The matter has been taken up through video conferencing in the light of COVID-19 pandemic.

In consonance of the order dated 23.09.2021, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court and he has been taken into custody. This fact is also endorsed by learned State counsel.

In view of the petitioner having surrendered himself before the trial Court, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to pursue with the present petition, which may be dismissed as withdrawn. In view of the submission so made, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
