Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) This petition has been filed seeking a writ of certiorari for quashing the order dated 24.08.2022 (Annexure P-3), whereby the petitioner has been relieved from the post of Driver.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case respondents are directed to decide his pending representation dated 04.10.2022 (Annexure P-4), at this stage. 3.

Mr. Sanjeev Kaushik, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice and has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, and further submits that the said representation would be decided by taking appropriate decision, in accordance with law, within six seeks.
