(ORAL) Through this instant petition under Section 407 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for transfer of criminal complaint bearing CIS No.COMI/22/2014 dated 23.05.2014, under Sections 500, 341, 211 and 34 IPC, titled as "Gurdial Singh vs. Gurjit Kaur and others" (Annexure P-1) pending in the court of SDJM, Sardulgarh, District Mansa to any other nearby districts competent court having jurisdiction to try the above complaint.

Learned counsel for the respondent-complainant submits that he has no objection to the acceptance of instant petition for transfer of aforesaid criminal complaint (Annexure P-1) from the court of SDJM, Sardulgarh, District Mansa to the court of ld. SDJM Talwandi Sabo, SONIKA 2018.11.17 16:35 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

In view of above no objection from the respondentcomplainant, the aforesaid complaint is ordered to be transferred from the court of ld.SDJM, Sardulgarh, District Mansa to the court of ld.SDJM Talwandi Sabo, District Bathinda.

Both the SDJMs are directed to act accordingly. Disposed of.
