Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for directing respondent No.2 to issue Detailed Marks Card (DMC) certificate of Elementary Teacher Course to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for petitioner has filed fresh power of attorney on behalf of petitioner after getting No Objection from the earlier counsel. Same is taken on record.

Learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, wishes to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file fresh, so as to challenge the subsequent action of respondents. Ordered accordingly.
