(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 316 dated 13.09.2017 registered under Sections 406 and 420 IPC at Police Station Sadar, Jind.
Earlier the petitioner moved an application for grant of anticipatory bail before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Jind in which he was directed to join the investigation by granting stay of his arrest vide order dated 13.10.2017 (Annexure P-6), but since he did not co-operate in the investigation, therefore, his bail application was dismissed vide order dated 02.11.2017 (Annexure P-11).
All the arguments raised by learned counsel for the petitioner before this Court relate to the stage of trial or at least at the time of framing of charge and, thus, the same cannot be looked into. There are serious allegations against the petitioner.
The instant petition being completely devoid of any merit is dismissed.
