Mr. G.S. Dhillon, AAG, Haryana SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J.(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of direction to the respondents to transfer the investigaiton in FIR No. 388 dated 05.06.2016, registered at Police Station Rohtak City, District Rohtak, under Section 365/302 and 201 IPC, alleging that the concerned Police Station, Rohtak is not conducting the investigation, which is insufficient and unreliable.

None has turned up on behalf of the petitioner to assist the Court. Even on the previous dates of hearings i.e. 28.08.2023 and 26.05.2023, position was the same.

On perusal of Court file reveals that vide order dated 26.05.2023, passed by this Court, learned State counsel informed this Court that investigation in the instant case is complete and untrace report has already been presented.

In the light of the above, nothing survives in the present petition as untrace report has already been presented before the Court concerned, as submitted by learned State Counsel.
