ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for quashing of FIR No.316 dated 30.08.2015 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 341, 302, 506 IPC at Police Station Tauru, District Mewat and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

On 05.10.2018, counsel for the petitioner has informed the Court that the petitioner is declared as proclaimed offender on 31.03.2017 and without challenging the order declaring him as proclaimed offender, he has filed the present petition for quashing of the FIR.

Thereafter, the matter was adjourned on two dates of hearing on request made by counsel for the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
