**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Petitioners, by way of instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seek quashing of criminal complaint No. 5 dated 12.1.2015 titled as Smt. Savita Vs. Dharam Singh and others under Sections 323/342/354/452/506/380 IPC pending the court of learned JMIC, Saffidon and summoning order dated 24.8.2015 (Annexure P-2). Admittedly, before approaching this Court by way of instant petition, petitioners have not availed their equally efficacious alternative remedy of revision against the impugned summoning order before the learned Sessions Judge. In this view of the matter, petitioners are relegated to their alternative remedy of revision against the impugned summoning order before the learned Sessions Judge, at the first instance, however, with liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court again by way of similar petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., in case necessity arises. Disposed of, accordingly.
