*** The present petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to surrender in the trial Court within one week and move appropriate application for setting aside of the order declaring him as a proclaimed offender and the same be decided by the trial Court within two weeks thereof. Till then, the petitioner may not be arrested. However, this order is subject to the following conditions :- (i) he shall appear in the Court on each and every date of hearing; (ii) he shall not give any threat or intimidation to the prosecution witnesses; and (iii) he shall not leave India without prior permission of the Court and shall surrender his Passport in the trial Court.
