It was submitted that for the solitary absence on 12.12.2015, his bail bonds had been cancelled and warrants of arrest issued.

Vide order dated 8.2.2016 passed by this Court, notice of motion was issued for today and it was directed that in the event of petitioner surrendering before the appellate court within 7 days he shall be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of said court. CRM-M 4371/2016 petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 8.2.2016 passed by this Court, petitioner surrendered before the Appellate Court on 12.2.2016 and was released on interim bail. In view of the above, interim bail dated 12.2.2016 granted by Appellate Court, pursuant to the order dated 8.2.2016 passed by this Court, is made absolute.
