(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of Certiorari, for setting aside the impugned notice dated 21.09.2018 (Annexure P-2) under Section 13(2) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest Act, 2002 (in short 'the Act') and possession notice dated 15.04.2019 (Annexure P-3), issued under Section 14 of the Act, by respondent No.2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inadvertently, certain necessary averments could not be incorporated and the essential documents appended along with the writ petition. Accordingly, a prayer was made that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one on the same cause of action by incorporating better particulars.
