CRM-19382-2012:

Criminal miscellaneous application for exemption is allowed in terms of the prayer made.

CRM-6134-2016:

Prayer in this criminal miscellaneous application is for placing on record the deposition of Subhash Chander (DW-2). CRM-M-9274-2012:

Learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer to the extent that the petitioner be afforded an opportunity to rebut the statement suffered by Jeeta Ram Pal (PW-7) in additional evidence at the time when the petitioner was leading his defence.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection to the above prayer.

In view of above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to afford one effective opportunity to the petitioner to lead his defence from the stage of recording of the statement of Jeeta Ram Pal (PW-7) in additional evidence.

It is further directed that the observations made by learned Revisional Court while dismissing criminal revision petition against the impugned orders shall have no bearing on the merits of the case.
