**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Present petition is for release of petitioner on regular bail in FIR No.70 dated 12.09.2016, under Sections 363 and 366-A IPC, registered at Police Station Cheema, District Sangrur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the statement (Annexure P-2) made by the victim, she had accompanied with the petitioner at her own will and her parents have lodged a false case against him (petitioner). Further, the petitioner has dropped the victim to her house from her Aunt's house (massi) and he has not committed any immoral activity with her.

Learned State counsel on instructions from investigating officer has informed that the challan in the present case has been presented on Naresh Kumar 2016.12.13 14:00 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh 16.11.2016 and out of total 14 witnesses, one has been examined so far.

CRM-M-43720-2016 -2I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and with their able assistance gone through the material available on record. The petitioner was arrested on 12.09.2016. Since then, he is in judicial custody and no useful purpose would be served to further detain him in jail. The final conclusion of trial will take a long time. In view of above facts, the present petition is allowed. The petitioner is ordered to be released on regular bail on his furnishing adequate bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of learned trial Judge/Duty Magistrate, Sangrur.

Needless to mention that, nothing observed here-in-above, would reflect, on merits in the trial of the main case, in any manner.
