(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No. 27 dated 14.06.2016, registered at Police Station Women, Sirsa, District Sirsa, who has been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Section 451 IPC and Section 10 of POCSO Act.
The allegation against the petitioner that he had committed rape upon the daughter of the complainant namely Nishu, who is mentally retarded.
Learned State counsel submits that during trial, eye witness and complainant has turned hostile as the compromise has taken place between the parties.
