(Oral) Petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 439(2) for cancellation of the regular bail granted to Ravi (respondent No.2), vide order dated 06.10.2016 (Annexure P-2), passed by this Court. Perusal of order dated 06.10.2016 (Annexure P-2) shows that the regular bail has been granted to respondent No.2 keeping in view the fact that the prosecutrix had made a statement before the Women Police Station on 07.07.2016, whereby she has stated that she had accompanied Ravi (respondent No.2) on her own after taking leave from the Ashram and she had visited Vaishno Devi, Dharamshala and Haridwar. Learned counsel has aruged that respondent No.2 has followed the petitioner and abused her with a defamatory remarks and gestures and he has also threatened her with dire consequences. CRM-M-43729-2016 -2After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, going through the record, this Court is of the considered view that no ground for cancellation of bail is made out, at this stage, as learned counsel did not point out any patent illegality or legal infirmity in the impugned order. Accordingly, the present petition is without any merit and the same is hereby dismissed as such.

However, in case, the petitioner receive any threats at the instance of respondent No.2 or his family members, she would be at liberty to approach the police authorities, in accordance with law.
