& JASJIT SINGH BEDI, J. (Oral) It is brought to the notice of the Court that there are multiple enquiry reports either in favour of the accused or against them. All the said reports be placed before the concerned Magistrate by way of a supplementary challan under Section 173(8) Cr.P.C. so that the Magistrate can consider the matter holistically before taking cognizance of the offence. The petition stands disposed of with the aforementioned observation.
