The instant petition under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.178 dated 24.08.2022 registered under Sections 452, 323 and 34 IPC (corresponding Sections 333, 115 and 3 of BNS) at Police Station Sadar Fazilka, Tehsil and District Fazilka. 2.
This Court vide order dated 23.04.2026, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 23.04.2026, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 4.
