(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner seek permission to withdraw the instant revision-petition, while submitting that the same has become infructuous as the FIR bearing No.68 dated 02.08.2006 registered at Police Station Kotwali, Nabha as well as the judgment qua the conviction of respondents No.1 to 3 as passed in the criminal case arising therefrom, which culminated in the filing of this petition, have already been quashed by the Co-ordinate Bench vide the judgment dated 15.12.2015 handed down in CRA-S No.2578-SB of 2009 titled as 'Balwinder Kaur and others Vs. State of Punjab and another'.
