(ORAL) At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 04.04.2022, passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner has deposited the costs of Rs.5000/- with the District Legal Services Authority, concerned and was released on interim bail by the trial Court and is now, regularly appearing before the trial Court. Therefore, the instant petition has become infructuous and may be disposed of, as such.

In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
