The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner against the concurrent findings of the Courts below whereby he was convicted and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for two years for the offences mentioned in the petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has expired.

Learned State counsel has placed on record the original death certificate of the petitioner along with verification report of the SHO concerned in the Court today and the same are taken on record. 4.

In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed off as abated.
