Learned State counsel informs that consequential order dated 30.09.2020 in pursuance of the order dated 05.02.2020 (Annexure P-1) passed in CWP-21768-2019 has been passed by the competent authority whereby the claim of the petitioner has been rejected. The same is taken on record as Mark 'A'.

The petitioner is free to assail the order dated 30.09.2020 passed by the competent authority, if so advised, as per law. Disposed of accordingly.
