The matter is taken up for hearing through video conference due to COVID-19 situation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present petition there are change in circumstances and certain medical reasons have also developed for seeking bail. It is further submitted that it is for this reason that the order dated 13th August, 2020 could not be complied with.
