Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel submits that he will be satisfied if the Senior Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran (respondent No.2) is directed to decide the representation/complaint (Annexure P-1) in a time bound manner.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran (respondent No.2) to decide the representation/complaint (Annexure P-1) in accordance with law within two months of presentation of the certified copy of the present order.
