Mr. Kuldeep Tiwari, Addl. P.P., UT Chandigarh. ******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The petitioner is seeking protection of her life and liberty. Learned Addl. P.P. representing Union Territory Chandigarh submits that petitioner had been provided security as and when required. She is not living in Chandigarh. However, as and when she apprehends danger to her life and liberty, she can approach the police authorities. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was earlier living at Ferozepur and now she has started living in Chandigarh and furnished her address of Chandigarh to the police. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach Senior Superintendent of Police, U.T. Chandigarh as and when she apprehends any threat to her life and liberty.
