ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petitioners herein, inter alia, seek issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents toconsider their claim for regularization in service.

Petitioners were appointed as daily wager Mali-cum-Beldar and Beldar-cum-Gardner in the year 1995-96 and in subsequent years in 2006. They seek regularization of their services inview of policy instructions dated 01.10.2003 and 10.02.2004 (Annexures P-1 and P-2, respectively). They assert that vide letter dated 14.10.2006 (Annexure P3), 195 daily wagers were regularized who were junior to the petitioners. 3.

Qua their aforesaid grievance, petitioners submitted legal notice dated 27.04.2021 (Annexure P-6) but the same has not been adverted till date. Hence, the petition.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner also seeks decision on the pending legal notice, as suggested by learned State counsel.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to look into the legal notice dated 27.04.2021 (Annexure P-6) of the petitioners and pass an administrative order, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

Disposed of accordingly.
