Instant petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023, for grant of regular bail to the petitioner - Harman Singh, who has been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Sections 21, 27A, 25 of NDPS Act, 1985 (offence u/s 25 of NDPS Act added later on), in FIR No. 140, dated 06.12.2025, registered at Police Station GhanieKe-Banger, Police District Batala, District Gurdaspur, Punjab. 2.

Without arguing much on the merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not wish to press the present petition, at this stage.
