CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE H.S. MADAAN Present:- Mr. Rajesh Dhankhar, Advocate for the petitioner. *** Due to technical defect the Video Conferencing system was not working, however, contact with the counsel has been made through WhatsApp call.
The explanation submitted by Sh. Hem Raj, Additional Sessions Judge, Jhajjar along with the comments by District and Sessions Judge, Jhajjar perused. There does not appear to be any deliberate non compliance of the directions issued by this Court. Therefore, no further action in the matter is to be taken.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that since the trial is at the advance stage, he does not press the present petition for regular bail and he be permitted to withdraw the same.
Permission is granted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is hoped and expected that the trial Court would finally dispose of the case at the earliest.
