Received sealed envelope, containing report of Warrant Officer alongwith Annexures. It is tagged with the file. The envelope has been got opened and the report alongwith Annexures taken out of it.

As per report of the Warrant Officer, the alleged detenu is lodged in Central Jail, Bathinda, being in judicial custody in connection with FIR No. 168, dated 26.7.2020 for offence under Section 22 of the NDPS Act. In that way his detention is not illegal. In view of such report by the Warrant Officer, alongwith the supporting documents, no further action is the matter is called for and proceedings are ordered to be dropped.

Dismissed.
