Heard.

$ the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.456 dated 21.11.2015 registered at Police Station Tosham, District Bhiwani under Sections 420/467/468/471 IPC and all consequences arising out of the said FIR qua the petitioners are quashed.
The petition stands allowed in those terms.
