Coram:

Hon'ble Mr. Justice Inderjit Singh .....

Present:

Mr. Amit Choudhary, Advocate for the petitioners. .....

Inderjit Singh, J.

The petitioners have filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.524 dated 11.9.2017 registered for the offences under Sections 148, 149, 323, 365 and 506 IPC and (Section 325 IPC, which was added later on) at Police Station City Fatehabad, District Fatehabad.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners and have gone through the record.

From the record, I find that as per the prosecution version a Fortuner SUV vehicle stopped near the complainant in which three boys, namely , Nirmal Singh alias Soni Grewal, Akunsh Pandit and Raman were sitting. All three inquired about his name and then they forcibly took him in the car. There were two other boys also sitting in the car. They also gave Harpal Singh Parmar 2017.11.15 16:35 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

Cr. Misc. No.M-42921 of 2017 [2] beating with `Dandas' due to which the complainant received injuries on his right leg, left hand, thumb of the left hand and both lips and left ear etc. The complainant received grievous injuries. The present petitioners are also nominated in this case.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case, nature and gravity of the of the offences and the fact that the petitioners are required for custodial interrogation, I do not find it a fit case where the petitioners are entitled for the grant of anticipatory bail. Therefore, finding no merit in this petition, the same is dismissed.
