Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner No.2 Rajesh, aged 39 years was earlier married but said marriage was dissolved by way of decree of divorce dated 11.04.2016.

Learned State counsel points out that respondent No.4-Sukhai, who is stated to be uncle of petitioner No.1-Aarti is resident of Uttar Pardesh and no details of parents of petitioner No.1 are mentioned in the petition. Rather there is no proof that petitioner No.1 is resident of address mentioned of District Ambala.

Faced with the situation, counsel for the petitioners seeks withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file the petition again with better and complete particulars.
