This is a petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.115 dated 24.06.2020, under Sections 363, 366-A, 376 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, registered at Police Station Focal Point, District Ludhiana.

Learned counsel for the State has pointed out that the petitioner in the present case stands acquitted vide judgment dated 21.11.2023. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
