*** Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and has been released on interim bail. It is further contended that the matter has been compromised between the parties and in light of that fact coaccused Raj Kumar @ Raju has been granted pre arrest bail in petition CRM-M42147 of 2017 decided on 19.12.2017. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Sukhwinder Singh concedes this fact stating that petitioner is not required by the local police for further investigation.

Under such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner on 14.11.2017 is made absolute, subject to his fulfilling conditions under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The petition stands allowed accordingly.
