Through this writ petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India prayer has been made for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to promote the petitioner to the post of TGT Sanskrit with all consequential benefits. Notice of motion.
Mr. Rajneesh Chadwal, AAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents-State.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.2 - Director, Elementary Education, Haryana, is directed to decide legal notice dated 16.03.2020 (Annexure P-5) in a time-bound manner.
