**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 61 dated 4.8.2017, registered under Sections 323, 324, 354, 148, 149 IPC and further added Section 326 IPC, Police Station Dhilwan, District Kapurthala.
Counsel for the petitioners states that pursuant to the order dated 14.11.2017, passed by this Court, the petitioners have joined the investigation.
