Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for taking legal action and for registration of FIR against respondents No. 5 to 11. The petitioner has an appropriate remedy to approach the learned Area Judicial Magistrate for redressal of his grievance, which he has not availed by now. In view of the judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Sakiri Vasu v. State of U.P. & Others 2008(1) RCR (Criminal) 392, present petition is not maintainable and the same stands dismissed.
