This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 1113 dated 20.11.2016 under section 420 IPC at Police Station Sadar, Karnal,.

Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated November 16, 2017, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated November 16, 2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
