Upon hearing counsel for the petitioner and perusal of records, when posed with the question as to the maintainability of such a civil writ in light of legal right of the petitioner to file a suit for recovery, counsel for the petitioner has made statement withdrawing the present petition. Allowed to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn.

However, directions are issued to the respondents to dispose of legal notices dated 11.5.2020 and 20.7.2020 Annexures P/5 and P/6 considering the same to be representation in accordance with law preferably within two months from the receipt of copy of this order.
