(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.) for grant of concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.122 dated 07.08.2017, under Sections 307, 506, 323, 324, 148 and 149 IPC and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Kamboj, District Amritsar. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that in terms of order dated 10.01.2018, the petitioner has joined the investigation on 16.01.2018 and her custodial interrogation is no longer required in this case.
