JUSTICE SANDEEP MOUDGIL Present: None for the petitioners --- SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.96 dated 17.5.2023, under Sections 307, 506, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Ajnala, District Amritsar Rural (Annexure P1) with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the bais of affidavit dated 25.7.2023 (Annexure P-2).

None has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners. On the last two consecutives date, arguing counsel for the petitioners has not turned up. It appears that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the present petition. The Court is left with no other option except to dismiss the petition.
