Vide order dated 01.02.2019 notice was issued to the appellant as none had been appearing on her behalf since long. On 05.03.2019 the case was adjourned as notice issued to the appellant was not received back served or otherwise. Thereafter, despite service, none had been appearing on behalf of the appellant. Today again, despite the matter being called twice since morning, none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal. 2.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
