Petitioner has preferred this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of a direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to register a criminal case against respondents No.4 and 5. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner only prays for the relief that the representation dated 27.11.2015 (Annexure P8), moved to Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur, by the petitioner be considered and he does not press the other relief asked in this petition.

In view of above, Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur/respondent No.2 is directed to consider representation 27.11.2015 (Annexure P-8) and pass appropriate order within 2 months after receiving copy of this order, as per law. With aforesaid direction, this petition stands disposed of.
