ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) As per the affidavit of the Deputy Commissioner, Rewari, in compliance of the order of the Writ Court, an enquiry is initiated and charge-sheet has been issued.

Similar is the affidavit of the Financial Commissioner Revenue and Additional Chief Secretary to Government of Haryana, Revenue and Disaster Management Department, wherein it is stated that the costs of Rs.50,000/- is recovered.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
