The District Judge, after noticing that there is no commonality between the three cases pending in the different courts, has dismissed the application for transfer of the cases. Challenging the correctness of the aforesaid order, this revision petition has been filed. 2.

The learned counsel representing the petitioner contends that the parties are common. The civil suits/rent petitions are decided on the points which are fact in issues before the Court. In the absence of any similarity with regard to the fact in issues in those three proceedings, this Court does not find it appropriate to interfere with the impugned order. 3.
