(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing order dated 26.02.2024 (Annexure P-3) passed by learned Divisional Canal Officer, Water Services Bhiwani, District Bhiwani. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedy of revision, in accordance with law. 3.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
