This petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.121 dated 30.11.2015, under Sections 354/506 IPC and Section 67 of the Information Technology Act, 2000, registered at Police Station City Hoshiarpur, District Hoshiarpur and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of a compromise arrived at between the parties. There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on the last occasion and the following order was passed by this Court:- "Though the statements of the parties were recorded pursuant to order dated 08.12.2016 passed by this Court, learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that conduct of the petitioner is not above Omkar Singh 2018.01.25 10:46 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CRM No.M-43855 of 2016 -2board. Subsequently, FIR No.16 dated 06.02.2017 under Sections 452/323/427/506 IPC has been registered, therefore the compromise cannot be adhered to.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In the interest of justice, adjourned to 13.10.2017" Today again, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 reiterates that compromise between the parties does not subsist as the terms and conditions of the same have not been adhered by the petitioner.

This petition is accordingly dismissed.
