CRM-M-42922-201 -2Respondent No.5, who is the mother of the girl, has appeared through counsel and states that she wanted to meet her daughter. She is allowed to meet her in my chamber but the girl states that she does not want to go to her parents and apprehends threat to her life and to the life of her husband i.e. petitioner No.2. Both the petitioners prayed that they be sent to Protection Home, UT, Chandigarh.

In view of the threat perception apprehended by the petitioners it is directed that they both be sent to Protection Home, UT, Chandigarh and be kept there till they perceive the threat. Senior Superintendent of Police, UT, Chandigarh is directed to provide protection to them during their stay at Protection Home, UT, Chandigarh.
