(Oral) The licence of the petitioner issued under the Punjab Targeted Public Distribution System (Licencing and Control) Order, 2016, has been suspended on account of a complaint of embezzlement received against him. Certain essential commodities are still available with him in stock and he wants permission to dispose of the same. Thus, the present writ petition has been filed. The writ petition is not maintainable as before filing the same, no demand has been made for permission to dispose of the balance stock. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
