**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the final selection dated 18.11.2022 (Annexure P-4).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against advertisement No.11/2021, the petitioner had applied for the post of Lecturer (Group B) in Applied Science (Maths) under General Category; that, though, total 13 posts were advertised, yet result was declared for 11 posts only and that regarding the remaining two posts, no information has been provided by the respondent-Department At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of her grievances, the petitioner will move a representation within a week from today and she would be satisfied if the said representation is ordered to be decided in a time bound manner. 2023:PHHC:065749 CWP-9715-2023 (O&M) -2On the asking of this Court, Mr. RS Budhwar, Additional AG Haryana and Ms. Harpriya Khaneka, Advocate accept notice on behalf of respondent No.1 and 2 and No.3, respectively and submit that they have no objection if the aforesaid limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner is allowed.

In view of the above and without commenting anything on the merits of the case, the petitioner would be at liberty to move a representation for redressal of her grievances, within a week from today, if so advised.

On her doing so, respondent No.3-Secretary, Haryana Public Service Commission, is directed to decide the said representation, within a period of eight weeks thereafter, by passing a speaking order, as per law. Disposed of in the above terms.
