documents. Thereafter, on the adjourned date (14.05.2024), another accommodation had been sought on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner for the same reason; and similar was the position on the last date of hearing (04.07.2024), as well.
2.1 Today again, an accommodation has been sought by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, to place on record the same very relevant documents.
3.
The aforesaid request made on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner seems to be totally unjustified as he had been seeking adjournments to place on record the relevant documents since 03.05.2024; however, neither the details of documents which are to be placed on record nor any such documents are forthcoming.
4.
In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
5.
All pending application(s), if any, shall also stand closed. APURVA 2024.10.19 12:58 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document/judgment High Court, Chandigarh
